I'm here for a plugin request if possible ^^

I'm requesting a plugin who regen the armor of the player (Player with flag p).

How ?

5 Armor Point/second (limit: 100) & the regen begin if the player isn't attacked for 5 seconds.

And if possible, when the armor of the player is at 100, the plugin say in the chat :

Your armor is at 100 !
