... by reading. Starting with the very first post in this thread which stated:

"Note that any new taunts added to the game should just work with this plugin; you'll have to find the number to use from items_game.txt."

It's also convenient that someone was kind enough to post the new taunt ids two posts above yours. But again, that would require some reading.
