A Carl Wheezer boss I made for FF2



Abilities:

• Brave Jump; 1.2 second charge; 3 second cooldown.
  Weighdown
  Rage: Stuns players and sentries for 4 seconds, gets a fairly powerful C.A.P.P.E.R. with 6 ammo
  Has 2 lives, when he loses one he gets 10 seconds of uber

Edit 1: for some inexplicable reason I forgot to add the soundfolder & the sounds to the zip archive lol. I added like 5 new voice lines while I was at it.
Edit 2: Added 3 new sounds and removed some comments from cfg
