How do I change the amount of people are required to be alive to LR from 2 to 1?

For some reason where there are 2 Ts left they both can LR and I only want the single T to be able to LR.

Try changing this cvar:

I've recently got back into modding on cs(go), I am working to resolve the issues reported, so far I have fixed some minor troubles and weapons in some LRs (like no-scope) acting like deagles.

I am targeting changes to the way the API works too (third-party plugins for lastrequests) due to some issues, possible issues and incorrect use by many plugins.
These changes will most likely break any existing lastrequest plugins, the changes won't be major but will be necessary.

I apologize for all the issues you've encountered but I did not have the time and resources to correct these issues.
Hopefully in the time that I have now I will have the option to correct most if not all of the issues.
* Please note that my time is still limited, correcting the issues might take some time.

I will go back and read reported issues, but reporting issues below this post would be very helpful.
* Reports of crashes for "weapon_csbase" or "Weapon''" or anything alike are caused by a use of a non-existing weapon that existed in CS:S, this can not be fixed, the use of these weapons will be blocked however to stop the crashes.

Wait so the current release for sm hosties wont work for csgo? I looked around and see that it only crashes.

It does work, the crashes are caused by using incorrect spawn weapons (like weapon_usp, generally an incorrect name is ignored but there's some issue related to it as this weapon and some others did exist in CS:S, for some reason attempting to spawn them ends up crashing the server).
There are some other issues though which I hope I can fix, I already fixed stuff like some weapons in LRs (such as the weapons in the noscope battle) acting like deagles even though they're not (ssg08 for example).
