Looks like an login error. Unfortunately it's hard to tell the ultimate cause of it. It could be anything.
Are you sure that the steamguard is off and all the bot's data is correct?

Yes, Steam Guard is off and the bot data in the config is correct.

Maybe the servers firewall blocks the connection. Like i said, it's hard to tell from here.

Now i am getting this error with 2 non-admins in game reporting:

I've taken my time to get this working but i'm stuck. Here is my error log:

My databases.cfg:

I'm using NFO servers as provider and made the database there and it's set to allow external connections. I've tested this by connecting to the database with Navicat. My other database plugins like TF2stats and Sourcebans work fine with the same credentials.

plugin.calladmind_mysql.cfg:

I have specified the same key in include/app.config.php as in plugin.calladmin_mysql.cfg

So where did i go wrong?

In the windows application it says: API Error: DB_DELETE_FAILURE

This error has nothing to do with calladmin itself, hence i suggest you search for the error either on google or the forum if you want it specific.
The development web scripts give you more information than just a DB_DELETE_FAILURE code, you can download them here.

Before posting i also found the error in your wiki and it suggested a database connection problem but manually i can connect to the database fine with the same credentials. I just googled the error but could not find anything helpful. I've installed the development web scripts now. Where can i find the more detailed error messages now?

edit: I think i found a fix, i had calladmin in my databases.cfg but it had to be CallAdmin (capital C and A).
