SuperHero.ini - Fix It!

Hi, i have a 40lvls superhero.ini and i want it like it shall take like 1day or two to reach lvl 20.. Or maybe like a week or more to reach lvl 40..

Pls someone remake this superhero.ini for me.. !!

thats kinda of hard to do considering some people only play on a server for 10 minutes and others play for 12 hours.
