ok im running a dedicate server on my Pc with Windows xP and im getting this error a few weeks ago... is a cs1.6 server

the plugins works but in console have that errors i hope guys can help me

Few things so far:
1. Remove all csdm_xxxx.amxx lines from Your plugins.ini - csdm has its-own plugins-csdm.ini file where all csdm plugins get called from.
2. Enable debug like the console says - to do it go to Your amxmodx\configs\plugins-csdm.ini file and add after all *.amxx the keyword "debug". Example:
csdm_main.amxx debug
csdm_equip.amxx debug
csdm_spawn_preset.amxx debug
3. I would like to know the full last message You had on Your picture - it's cut there a bit...Better method is using "condump" console commad - it saves the console messages into condump.txt file in the main cstrike folder.
4. Both AMXBans plugins should be at the top of Your plugins.ini
5. CS Respawn - 1.77 version - not sure if it can be used with AMX X 1.76d.
6. xREDIRECT - disable this one for tests - I believe it may cause the Run Time Errors while disconnecting people.

No - CS Respawn module comes with Gun Game - but I cannot see You have there GunGame plugin enabled - You can remove CS Respawn module from Your modules.ini if You are not using it anymore.

I told You to disable xredirect.amxx - why don't You listen to me at all?
Remove also spawn_editor.amxx - it comes with CSDM 2.1, but since You are using 2.1h beta, the same code is now executed for You twice (csdm_spawn_preset contains it now) which may cause the problems for You.

Why are You calling twice the same plugins (csdm_main.amxx, csdm_equip.amxx etc)? They need to be called once.
Don't put all of them in debug mode - put only those they generate Run Time Errors for You.
