So i got csdm in my server, and i think everyone knows when you respawns in some randoms places. how can you change it, so you would respawn at old T or CT base like in regular cs??

You have 3 choices:
1. go to Your amxmodx\configs\csdm.cfg and find these lines in [settings] section:

spawnmode = preset
As You can see You can change "spawnmode" to "none" and it will solve Your problem.
2. You can delete (or move somewhere) the mapname.spawns.cfg files (located in amxmodx\configs\csdm) if You don't wish to have random respawn on some specific maps only.
3. You can disable the plugin csdm_spawn_preset in plugins-csdm.ini by adding a semicolon in front of the line calling it. I mean so:
