I beg forgiveness from moderators if I break the rules.

I'm looking for a man who is willing to do for free or for money very simple plugin.

The essence of the plugin:
distributing a predetermined number of speсtators to ct and tt

way out:
1 - write in chat - / speс_menu
2 - after presented inscription
3 - insert for example 10, and press enter
4 - then 10 players who are sitting in spec randomly distributed across the team (CT and TT) and it should be 5x5

Approximately, the same way if they were bots, and they just automatically join teams at specified number of slots, necessary to me.

Caveat is that, for example, one team maybe already have players.
Here is an example:
Team TT already have 3 players while CT - 1

Then, when I write /spec_menu and choose 6, 6 players from the spec will have randomly join both teams, so that they become 5x5


So, who can make it?)))) think, that will be easy to make, except random join??
