[Any] Chat Logging Redux + RTF Support

Description:
This plugin creates a folder inside of your Sourcemod's 'logs' folder which will contain a set of files based on timestamps and the file format you're wanting (Text/RTF). They contain logs based on chat on the server and commands used by players with flags (admins).

ConVars:

• McFlurry - Made the original plugin. I haven't seen any updates in a long time so I decided to update it a bit and add features/fix bugs that was needed. [Linkie]

Example:

[Jan 01 |12:00:00| 2024] NAME (STEAM_0:0:0000000): "This server sucks!"

ConVars:

• chat_log_redux_version - Version Variables
• sm_chat_log_enable - 1 - Plugin Status. (0 = disable)
• sm_chat_log_timeformat - %b %d |%H:%M:%S| %Y - Formatting for timestamps.
• sm_chat_log_triggers - 1 - Log chat triggers. (0 = disabled)
• sm_chat_log_sm_say - 1 - Log commands for 'sm_say'. (0 = disabled)
• sm_chat_log_sm_chat - 1 - Log Commands for 'sm_chat'. (0 = disabled)
• sm_chat_log_sm_csay - 1 - Log Commands for 'sm_csay'. (0 = disabled)
• sm_chat_log_sm_tsay - 1 - Log Commands for 'sm_tsay'. (0 = disabled)
• sm_chat_log_sm_msay - 1 - Log Commands for 'sm_msay'. (0 = disabled)
• sm_chat_log_sm_hsay - 1 - Log Commands for 'sm_hsay'. (0 = disabled)
• sm_chat_log_sm_psay - 1 - Log Commands for 'sm_psay'. (0 = disabled)
• sm_chat_log_rtf_format - 1 - Format Logging. (rtf = 1, txt = 0)
• sm_chat_log_console - 1 - Status for console inputs: (1 = on, 0 = off)

Can this create lags ? I mean working with files isn't a small task, is it ?

For some reason this isnt working at all, the sourcemod/log/chat folder is always empty... Have you test it with TF2?

Sorry for the lack of updates on this plugin, been busy. New update pushed out to solve some issues and to fix the bad permissions set on the directory on creation.
