It's better to tell them to read about how to improve their settings because everybody's settings will need to be different for the best results.

You (or any other server administrator) has no right to modify client rates. You could very well be hurting them more than helping them

PHP Code:
/* Plugin generated by AMXX-Studio */

#include <amxmodx>

#define PLUGIN "New Plug-In"
#define VERSION "1.0"
#define AUTHOR "author"

public plugin_init() {

register_plugin(PLUGINVERSIONAUTHOR)

register_clcmd("say /laghelp""laghelp")

register_clcmd("say /rateshelp""laghelp")
}

public
laghelp(id) {

show_motd(id"laghelp.txt""Client rates help")

It will show laghelp.txt as a motd, It should be located in cstrike folder, If you changed client settings by /fixmylag it will be considered as slow-hack since the client doesn't know what will change in his own settings.

You are not allowed to attach .amxx files anywhere on that forum, or to link to such files.
Post only .sma, and a magic "Get Plugin" link appears.
