Hello, not sure if this has been asked yet, but I am looking for a plugin that would allow achievements and prevent regular players from using sv_cheats commands except for the console and admins (not just turning sv_cheats on then off). I am also wondering how to disable the freeze camera on death for mp_disable_respawn_times 1. Or if you could provide me ideas on how to code this. Thanks.

Abouth freeze camera.
Have you try search, using google for example.
TF2 freeze camera disable.
TF2 death camera disable

From in game console, you can use find command.
Find freeze
Find death
Find cam

I already tried google searching but I did not try the find command which solved it for me. Thanks. Now only sv_cheats for console and admins.

What specific cheat commands are you trying to enable for Admins? There may be plugins available for those commands.

All if possible, for console and admin use while server is set to sv_cheats 0 as well as cheat cvars.
