I was able to setup and start the server successfully but unable to connect to it from the client. Getting 'unable to establish connection' error. Any help/suggestions ?

So far I was able to start workshop maps from the command line using the host_workshop_map.

BUT:
- The map does not seem to be saved anywhere on the servers filesystem.
- I tried connecting twice and the client downloaded the map from the server each time. I'm curious how that will be with several clients and repeating logons

The host_workshop_collection command does not seem to do anything for now.
The map can only be changed by using the workshop-ID, which is pain in the ass.

Also the maps * command is not really usable by now, as it shows a lot of stuff, that are no real maps.

Hope Valve will improve this soon.

Yeah, it seems we're still a few workshop updates away from getting back to the workshop hosting we had in CS:GO.

The inability to properly host a workshop collection, or create a map group from workshop ids and so on, makes the entire process of hosting community servers a tedious one, additionally, the lack of any documentation for server owners is very poor from Valve in this regard.

For those that are dedicated to hosting community servers, I'd recommend emailing Valve your concerns and bugs that you find with hosting workshop content so that the issues can be fast tracked.

Anyone have crashes on retakes after warmup or when bots plant the bomb?
Not running any lua/metamod and with pretty much default configs..

y'all I couldn't get host_workshop_collection to work, but it turns out I just never published my map collection.

all my maps are in here now and I can vote change from the Esc menu.

Did you manage to mix non workshop maps and workshop maps within your collection?

Battling with that one for the moment, would very much like to use "standard" maps together with a Workshop collection group.

Got both working individually, just trying to figure out how to get the ned CS2 Standard maps into it as well.

CS2 bug reports to cs2team [at] valvesoftware [dot] com and title your email: "CS2LT Bug - " followed by a brief description of the bug. For example; "CS2LT Bug - Stuck in ground on Dust2"

In CS2 under Linux, are cfg files meant to be showing as ".properties" or "C source code" types? I swear mine is all messed up.

System info in screenshot also.
