    Alien Swarm Tools


    Info:
    For now plugin allow admin to have more control when briefing.

    Requirements:
    Metamod:Source Snapshot: 1.9.0-hg729 or higher
    SourceMOD Snapshot: 1.4.0-hg3101 or higher

    Commands:
    sm_setleader - Admin Generic flag- Set Lobby Leader - syntax sm_setleader [#userid|name|partname], if no user defined, give leader to caller
    sm_setready - Admin Generic flag- Set ready state - syntax sm_setready [-|1|0] [#userid|name|partname|@all], - = switch, 1 = Ready, 0=not ready


    CVARS:
    sm_lock_difficulty - Lock difficulty (skill) on state, 0=Off 1-4=Lock on this state (Easy,Normal,Hard,Insane)
    sm_servercfg_fix - If 1 execute server.cfg every map start
    sm_as_kick_immunity - Block possibility to kick players with >= immunty lvl, 0=off
    sm_disable_leadervote - "-1" -Enable Leader Vote, "0" -Diable Leader Vote, higher than 0 - Disable if leader have immunity equal or higer than this

    Additional Features:
    -Autoupdate (Require Plugin Autoupdate by MikeJS)

    Installation:
    1. Download *.smx file and put in sourcemod/plugins folder
    2. Restart server, change map or load plugin via sm plugins load
    3. Setup alienswarm_tools.cfg in cfg/sourcemod folder
    4. Restart server, change map or reload plugin via sm plugins reload

    ToDo:
    - Show disconnect message
    - change difficulty lock to 4 allow cvars for each difficulty
    - Fix setready not working on debriefing
    - Cmd sm_forcestart to force start, even when there is 1 player and/or there is no tech (cvar allow_notech ?)

    Installing the latest snapshots didn't make metamod or sourcemod load. I guess I'll wait for the next snapshots

    Just tested it, works like a charm. Awesome stuff.

    If possible then defo add the sm_forcestart_notech cvar, this would allow for maximum congifuration options

    @All who cannot get SM working

    Use the latest snapshots available, i used latest Beta MM1.9 and latest Beta SM1.4 and i had no issues at all.

    Also you did create an alienswarn specific vdf from the metamod website, right?

    me neither but i used the linux snapshots since gameservers said they believe the servers are linux, very vague response maybe they windows, i know l4d/l4d2 gameservers r linux. Dunno keeps saying rcon is bad?

    Sweet! Thanks for the plugin it works great!

    On a side note, does the sourcemod admin menu work in this game the same way it does in other source games? For some reason when I open the admin menu, an overlay just appears saying I have a menu telling me to press esc. Pressing escape closes the menu lol. Anyways, im running the latest dev builds of both metamod and sourcemod. Is this a known problem?

    As far i know there is no offical linux server binaries for alien swarm so most probobly its windows server (or via wine like mine server) and require windows MM:S & SM

    Oh, I did forget to make the vdf

    Edit: Admin Menu doesn't draw when sm_admin is used. And I'm unable to select anything on the briefing menus if I use sm_admin in any way.
