Putting the .sma file in the scripting folder is not in any way related to the plugin working in your server. If you don't know how to install plugins, ask Google.

Hum, a Senior Member who doesn't know how to compile a plugin or what to do with .sma file, fascinating!

edit: search youtube for words like "how to compile amxx"

You don't need the complete scripting folder on the server, it is wasted space and time to upload it. AMXX does not read this folder while the server is running, it is only needed to compile the plugins and 99.9% of all users do that on their local machine with drag and drop the .sma onto the complie.exe. and copying the .amxx into the plugins folder.
How do you compile your plugins?
