That you mention about "Disconnected by user" I remember now what would mess this.

I had Rcon_lock on server when I tested. It remove that reason "disconnected by user"
This why sm_anti_reconnect_disconnect_by_user_only "1"

not work, player can retry and normal disconnect/connect.

sm_anti_reconnect_disconnect_by_user_only "0"
works.

I disabled that Rcon_lock and now it works both value 0/1

You have seen player re connectin server reason (Connection closing) or was that (Connecting closing) ?
They said that network connection have lost and back quick.

This plugin broken after some update, in CS:S too. Can you repair this?

- sm_anti_reconnect_time 30 is the basic value. But when i write to my cfg/sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg : sm_anti_reconnect_time 3 or something, the value still 30. Interesting. When is give to the server from my console:
rcon sm_anti_reconnect_time 3 , the server accept the new value. From cfg, not.

- sm_anti_reconnect_disconnect_by_user_only thing. Can you modifying this plugin to work correctly with the rcon lock?

This is an rcon_lock without the disconnect part which should fix any conflicts with Anti-Reconnect. It's version 0.6.7 and is named (Edited) in the plugin list so you know.
