I have a problem..
I just made a new dedicated server with hns..

I never ran into this before, and i don't understand what iv'e been doing wrong. But everytime im joining my server it says:

''This server is using an older protocol ( 47 ) than your client ( 48 ). If you believe this server is outdated, you can contact the server administrator at (no email address specified)''.

Anyone knows how i change it to 48?

As far as I know you shouldn't be able to download protocol 47. You should only be able to get 48 from Steam.

You need to run that program using the paramaters specific to your installation. Basically, it is the same as when you installed the server

Read teh updatetool.txt file also. Gives you all parameters, but hleV's way will definitely work, its just a nice reference for when you forget. <game> = cstrike (or whatever game your doing)

for example, command installs cstrike in the same dir
Code:

HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game cstrike -dir .
