snow plugin and franug hats this is modified by me so that everyone will get santa hats by default and all csgo models already configured but NOTE this having everyone with santa hats setup on spawn will eat some cpu so unless you got that extra cpu powa you will have lag spikes but if its a 32 player server wont be an issue.
place franug_hats.txt in addons/sourcemod/configs/
