How do i change the server hud to casual?

And i want it to look like this: http://imgur.com/a/ct2ib

Does anyone know how to do this?
And yes, the server is set to casual

If it's in casual mode like you say it is, it should set the hud that way.
You can also check the value of sv_competitive_official_5v5
