!vip is given to anyone who have A flag (as i have noticed !addvip dosent save info and removes automatic the info)

also block.txt would not apply on ppl who has B or D flags would be nice

jailbreak !lr support to take hp/armor bonus off

Edit: he made one from scratch https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=307821 which works great for me.
