Im trying to create console commands at runtime but im not having much luck.

I answered this to you on IRC, but look at what SourceMod did. All you need to do is make one big generic class, then keep registering it with new names.

To make it compatible with MM:S's cvar unloading stuff, you could also allocate a new command at runtime.
