Can you provide a list of plugins, extensions and metamod modules that you have installed? Although I am quite certain that its very unlikely this plugin would cause any issues with others.

Yes I can. But first, can you cut part with

from the plugin's code? Only for test. I have about 20k steam id's in banned_user.cfg, maybe the problem is this

UP: YES, the problem causes the huge amout of bans in banned_user.cfg. I deleted this file and dont have this problem anymore. But i need fix for this.

Hello - one issue i have with this:

Where does it store the banned id?
The banned_user.cfg is empty and i have not found where the bans are stored.
