Need Help Understanding how to fix this

So I keep getting this error whic Im not sure how to fix.
Any help would be appreciated.

It literally says it in the message.

"Can't connect yo MySQL server on 'localhost'"

Meaning, you didn't set up your database.cfg file for Sourcemod.
