Type amx_langmenu and select your language (check if it are in the file)

Honestly, I have no interest in going through and figuring out what he's talking about. I hate Zombie Plague and all of its mods and only because they make my job much harder. Here's why:

I have yet to see a well-written Zombie Plague mod.
I have yet to see a well-written description for a Zombie Plague mod.
I have yet to see a unique Zombie Plague mod, i.e. they're mostly just ports of plugins that are already written or do stupid things like give you health/glowing/armor/etc.
There is a lot of stealing or missing credits in Zombie Plague mods.
I have to move them after approval to their own stupid sub-forum.
Their authors generally can't speak a word of English.
I don't know anything about Zombie Plague, so I can only judge plugins for it by their code, description and feedback.

Having said that, I still try to review them objectively. As I said, I know next to nothing about Zombie Plague, so I'm relying on the guy I quoted to know what he is talking about.
