Don't Come Back

This simple plugin will prevent an abusive player from causing trouble in your server, it can be used in addition to other plugins and will cause no lagg at all!

The problem occured when Russian Hackers made nonsteam possible, and this allowed players with dynamic ips to keep on re entering the server after being banned.
When you experience some damage that bad players cause then you seek an easy solution and this is where Don't Come Back is a very good thing!
