This code has some problems, I need help to fix it..Please really i need this plugin,is for my server of DOTA 2.for stats.Please i need help.

You are posting a decompiled version of a plugin. Getting that plugin to re-compile will essentially require a complete rewrite.

Also, considering that the plugin is ~5k lines (Decompiled, Original source is probably ~3.5-4k): You won't find anyone wanting to rewrite and spend many hours putting together a plugin because someone wants it. I suggest that you try to find the original source code. The decompiled version will not do you any justice.

You can't re-compile decompiled code.

No. Which isn't a surprise, Source 2 is a completely new engine just like Source was from GoldSrc.
