The server is not forcing a cvar, rather the player is choosing which value they want.
Since the server is only setting when the player chooses, the server has permission to change the cvar.
Therefore, it is not slowhacking.

Maybe add a way for server admins to be able to add their own colors without having to change code.
Either through a .ini file or a command.

Well atleast add a function on client_disconnect, that his con_color will been set to default.

Not possible to do anything to do the player when they leave, since the player has already left the server on client_disconnect().

And it's impossible to know when the player is going to disconnect.
