Check to see if ban works within your server. (as a server admin)
If it doesn't....its your amx; in which case post the readout of amx_plugins and make sure you have everything configured properly and the banned.cfg is on your server. /cstrike/banned.cfg or czero, whichever you're using
If it does....its your code's execution of the command.
