Everythings ALMOST working now. I wanted to make a simple day and night system. So, goes with default until 6pm, then goes to dusk until 7pm, then goes onto night.
Yet, no matter how many times i try making this work (even just configuring the examples), it'll just STAY on dusk and not move onto fireflies. But funny thing is, once i remove the dusk entry (so it's just default and night) it works just fine.

Could someone be so kind and code a basic example of how to make all 3 themes work with the above times? I'd be very grateful if you could, because i've spent all night trying to find out what i've done wrong.

Code:
"otherworld"
	{
		"style"		"time"

		"theme1"
		{
			"theme"		"default"
			"start"		"06:00"
			"end"		"18:00"
		}

               "theme2"
		{
			"theme"		"dusk"
			"start"		"18:00"
			"end"		        "19:00"
		}

                "theme3"
		{
			"theme"		"fireflies"
			"start"		"19:00"
			"end"		        "06:00"
		}

	}

I have the particle problem like everyone else but it manifests this way. Normal Valve maps work without issue and the mod is fantastic in those cases. We run a variety of custom maps and these all have the particle issue. I have since then disabled the mod entirely but people are still having the problem. Would deleting the files mentioned be the way to fix this? ie. custom_particles001.pcf and *_particles.txt

I really want to make the mod work and it only seems to have problems on the custom maps. Would this fix it, create a *_particles.txt file for each custom map and have that download with the rest. Should I also modify the cfg files to include entries for each map? As in create coordinate sets etc. or is there something about the Valve maps that makes them function and not others?

Exactly the problem I had. Even with the plugin disabled, we were all having the particle bug on custom maps. It's terrible craftsmanship to have issues with a mod that has since been removed, and for that reason I've stopped using this plugin until the author (and valve) come up with a solution.
Deleting the files from your own TF2 directory should, in theory, work. But try telling your community that. Great times.

Great plugin!

Just added it to my server, but had a question.

I'm a little confused on the whitelist thing.. where is that file located? I found a whitelist.cfg and tried adding those lines into the file, but it broke the server preventing me from spawning

Also, I cant see the rain, I can hear it, but no visuals

It's located outside of the game directory in the hl2 directory. The file is called "pure_server_whitelist.txt"

Read the OP, it says that the plugin utilizes the tf_wearable_item that is exclusive to TF2.
