Using HLSM for my game servers too and it works with 5408 about 1-2 weeks ago now with no changes (either in Windows 7).
Have you try it?
But, the problem I have with the game server with 5408 is there is no master server added, but my other game servers which I don't have update yet which is still 4554 have masters.

Yes i test it in my intranet server (not internet)
& i have to use manually update
So i think this problem because of i use intranet
But i want add this script (bat script) to my HLSM monitor
How i can do that ?

The script and that program do essentially the same thing. Why would you add a script to it when it already does it?

This is only what your need to add steamclient registery. This script was tested on win xp sp3.

I use this program but do not same thing
some times i have this problem again with this program : Restarting. Reason: Fatal error - Unable to initialize Steam. ( Restart again & again )
But with this script i have no this problem & this error

why dont any one make registery file which directly solve this issue. I think this is because we are keeping our files in copy paste format. I tested on machines which dont have steam tool installed in machine giving this error as there is no registery for this tool to start, hence we are getting this error. After putting only

reg add "HKCU\Software\Valve\Steam\ActiveProcess" /v SteamClientDll /t REG_SZ /d "" /f

into startup=> run => paste above line issue got resolved

Please make if some one have tym for it . Its permenent fix actually. Try it

Well when it happen to me a while back, I use to create a steam_appid.txt file in my dedicated server's mod directory, e.g. cstrike for counter-strike and type whatever product's id is, something like 10 for counter-strike, 70 for half-life, and etc. You may give it a try, see if it helps.
