server crash sometimes when change map

I play and suddenly switched to jb_mania_fixed map alone and just like that fell server.
maps.ini clean and mapcycle.txt unnecessary questions ..

Not long ago I installed the latest version of the update metamod to 1.21-am.

The first "errors" can be ignored, just debug messages.

About env_smoker, this entity doesn't exist in CS (or it was existing it has been removed long time ago).
Map tries to create such entity. I don't know if it can trigger a crash, you don't show any kind of full logs.

2. Your server is outdated, update it with steamCMD

I brought all ERROR LOG here.

Just want to know what happens every time - ERROR, and what I have to do that every time it drops variable map
