Hi.

I would like to extend maps automatically, if the teamscores are nearly equal (as this shows, that the map or at least the teams are well balanced).
If would be nice, if the plugin takes care of the amx_extendmap_max and amx_extendmap_step cvars from mapchooser.
The maximum difference between teamscores should be configurable by another cvar.
