HLDS Running at debian VPS. Im hosting a gamemode called "CSO" for CS 1.6. I got that bug. I tried everything such update to 1.8.3 dev, update metamod... Here my bug:

After gamemode starts (not round), when a player connects to server its get kicking and gets that error "Host_Error: UserMsg: Not Present on Client 255". But if player stay spec till gamemode finish(round) then if player joins ct/t; there isnt a error like that. Whats wrong? Also reinstalled Steam, CS 1.6, Validated Cache files for CS 1.6 but cant fix that error

That sounds like you have a defective plugin. Try disabling them one after one to find out which is causing it.
