Does the error log shows at player's console or only in admin's console?

It shows in server console.
If you run a listenserver you can see it in the console hosting player.

In none of the player's or admin's console.
Only in server console which is hlds console when you're running a dedicated server.

If you run a listen server (new game in counter-strike) it will show in the console of the player
that started the server.
