You don't need to run vcvars32.bat if you're using the visual studio tools command prompts, just run configure.

It looks like your VS install is slightly broken though.

Yes,The problem wats with my VS...I reinstalled it and now I pass the configure part with no errors...
My new issue is this: when I type ambuild and press enter it starts the process but after some seconds I face this error:
build failed!
however there are some new files created in my build folder.but not the sourcemod!
Can you please tell how to me solve this??

Can you tell me a way to get the main output instead of the whole in a file or sth like that?
EDIT: I know how to do this but the output is way tooo much an I dont know if you could check it.
I use the command : > "output file location" 2>&1
Any way I uploaded the outputs in a text file...I hope I havent done other mistakes

I have heard that sometimes version of VS can cause some problems...I am using VS 2017 for doing this work...Do you think it can cause this error??If yes which version should I use??

Can you please tell me where I can find it?? I searched but there was only sth named : sourcemod_version_auto.h
EDITTED: The exact file name was : sourcemod_version_auto.h

also another file (inc) was in the same folder named: version_auto.inc
maybe it's contents would be needed to discover the problem...so here they are :
