Hello, is it possible to redirect players to a different port when trying to connect to the server from player server list ?

That is blocked by valve and you should not try to bypass it as they clearly showed that they don’t want it.

@natesh you should use a kick instead with a message saying something like
“open your console and type connect ip:port

It might be a deceitful thing to do, but this is only will be used to redirect players to a different server once the server is full, since most of the players are redirected from fake IPS/Master servers that boosting companies use..

I know but we can not support it or people will use the information for fake servers.

It was fully fixed by mikela valve around 2019 when he was actively making changes and fixing bugs reported on github. The fix from 2013 was flawed, but the one from 2019 is pretty solid as far as I know.

Looking at the master servers there are actually no servers are following the policy of truth, which is kind sad, all of them using fake ping, fake ips they're faking everything in the server even the amount of players...

Yeah I saw it also some servers are with 64 slots XD
