I don't know if anyone is still monitoring this thread, but there is a small resurgence in interest in TFC and CS and I have a TFC server that I have installed the latest version of Hats, but I cannot get it to work.

The menu works, the commands seem to work (amx_givehat player 2) but I see NO HATS!!!!

Nobody sees the dang hats!

The hat models are in the correct place, I get no error messages, just no HATS!!

Any idea what's going on here?
