to your modules.ini
(Install the latest cstrike addon package while your at it.)

You need to download the Counter-Strike addon from the downloads page.

The UPDATED version, it should add the lines to modules.ini for you, as long as you overwrite everything.

The file it is stored to:
addons/amxmodx/data/csstats.dat

To reset it type this in your console
amx_cvar csstats_reset 1

I have a problem with this plugin.

In my CS 1.5 linux server, not works the stat.

If i type amx_statscfg list :::

----- Stat Config : -----
name ML_NOTFOUND: VA allas
----- Entries 0 - 0 of 0 -----
----- Type 'amx_statscfg list 1' -----
If I going to the Stats Configuration menu its print that:
Stats plugins are not installed on this server

But if i type amx_plugins:

Try use search in the start field on your computer, or do you even have csstats.amxx?
