while i've been browsing forums and my amx files there is one other thing i found that i don't know if it will help or not and that is my stats.ini file. in other peoples problems the often have information there however mine contains the following and nothing more, but i assume this is because of the fact my stats arn't working, not the cause:

Well that would be one big reason. Open a console for your game and type amx_statscfg and go from there.

yes, but u forgot a /
EDIT: nothing worked from the start before i had touched anything aside from uncommenting the necessary modules and plugins, ie i touched none of this
