• Add a native forward for when an ad is started
• Add ConVar for manual IP entry if automatic detection does not work

I thought we were past the point of the popularity of these MOTD ad plugins but I guess I was wrong.


I first noticed this systems existence through a TF2Classic server where it would pop up the MOTD at random rather annoyingly.
