Use SetTransmit if u want hide it from a specific client

If is for everyone you can try something like this:

SetEntityRenderFx(entity, RENDERFX_HOLOGRAM);
SetEntityRenderColor(entity, 0, 0, 0, 0);

Works in L4D2
