[REQUEST] Breath Mod

Hello everybody!

I'm looking for a plugin that will ONLY allow Terrorists to make [breathe.wav], which will be heard by everyone in the ENVIRONMENT?

Can someone make such a plugin?
That would be great!

Yeah, it works but other players can't hear player's breathing.
If you would do this I would be grateful to you.
