And one more question i see some patches inside hlsdk did i need to aply them one by one?
patch -p1 < ../etc1.patch
patch -p1 < ../etc2.patch
patch -p1 < ../etc3.patch

No, it should be already applied long time ago, at least if you use (and should) https://github.com/alliedmodders/hlsdk.
