I spent an afternoon setting this up with SuperVersus and ditched all the plugins that conflict with this.

Result: Everything has been working fine with no bugs or issues.

+1 Would recommend this.

Hi Crasher, I'm returning after a long layoff (since last Oct) and installing a fresh server and with all of these recent updates I've read thru, I'm curious as to what EXTs and any plugins you are currently using, thanks a bunch.

Made small update for Defib_fix
Not really a proper fix maybe an oversight on my part or an update from valve, having survivor entprop "m_survivorCharacter" higher than 3 on set 1 will not defib players.

Altho as a note having anything higher on set 1 is neither good or bad and has no use.

There's a strange phenomenon that when l4d2_survivor_set "3" and playing L4D1 campaigns, one of players will act one of L4D2 survivors. If I choose Zoey in the lobby, after the game starts, Rochelle becomes my character so one of L4D1 survivors will miss. (Something like this: Francis, Zoey, Louis and player-controlled Rochelle.) L4D2 campaigns won't happen similar issue.

Hey, yea this is something i am aware of but with the current code is hard to deal with.

One idea whenever i get around to play with is forcing people to an ID(bazrael is always zoey) and any changes with CSM as example will set you back to zoey and bots will ajust according.

If this fails will just detour everything to do with selecting characters and ajust there.
The gamedata already exists for this mostly if someone else want to try.

You could take your time to correct this. It's not a serious issue for me. Having got to try this gamedata first.

is stripper passing fix responsible for blocking the appearances of L4D1 survivors or is it the character manager plugin?
there's also l4d2_l4d1_survivors_fix plugin that I use that kind of does the same thing. Is there a redundancy in using this, too?
