Add this and the tanks are no longer standing frozen. It works well for me, although the tank does not commit suicide, I think that sm_cvar tank_stuck_time_suicide "30" is useless, but with sm_cvar tank_stuck_failsafe "0" the tank will keep moving and not get stuck.

Reading the previous topics, helps a lot, many problems have already been solved and shared, it costs nothing to read the previous topics.

I had a problem with "props" dropping from Tanks for a while, I bothered Crasher a lot with that, and the fault was not the MT, in fact it was another plugin called SMAC.

Disable all possible plugins you use on your server, do tests to see if any other plugins are causing this.
