Is there any command in sourcemod to disable weapon spawn in l4d?(Medkits,molotovs,ammo,weapons,pipes,pill s)

In sourcemod I believe not, maybe some plugin.
Usually people remove with Stripper extension
Or use a plugin to prevent their creation.
