What are the changes from 3.9 to 3.9.1? I didn't find the changelog.

The only change is updating the player's VIP status whenever his XP amount changes. This is a bugfix that prevents VIP XP rewards from not working in some servers.

I usually tag versions with a 3rd digit whenever there is a small change or a bugfix.

And remove the [TAG]
And add for Level 10 = Urbana Skin + Knife new
Level 20 = Skin Cryis + Knife New

The plugin is very flexible and customizable and there's nothing I should edit in order for you to accomplish those things, especially when you can't explain properly what you want and expect me to read your mind on how things should work.

What tag?! There is no chat tag by default. I doubt you managed to enable it. What is it you want to "delete"?!

Did you check the configuration file? How about the first post?
I think the "HUDINFO_POSITION" setting is pretty self-explanatory.
