sm_pregamemayhem_deathspam, new convar. Default is 1, setting it to 0 will block the death messages up top (they still log, they just don't show to clients). I think it works, not sure.
Second, changed to use the OnWaitingForPlayers forwards, so that maps that don't have waiting for players don't permanently have friendlyfire on.
Third, preserves friendlyfire settings. If you have a server with friendlyfire on, it will merely add instant respawn for pregame. If it's off, then it'll enable it for the duration of waiting for players.
Let me know if it's borked.
EDIT: Updated (1.12) to make sure FF turns off if WaitingForPlayersEnd doesn't fire (specifically, if map changed before it ends).
Also added sm_pregamemayhem_botrespawn, default 1: 1- also instantly respawn bots; 0- don't.
EDIT2: Updated (1.13) for a fix for arena.

I like the new options you added and the simplicity of this plugin vs the different modes of TF2 slaughter, however, the scoreboard in TF2 slaughter is fantastic. Any chance I can have the best of both worlds?
