I get the extinguisher but i cant seem to shoot anything from it, it just shoots from the gun i am holding. Any ideas?

You have a possible clash with another plugin. Try moving your added plugins to the disabled folder to see if it works, If it does work as it should you have a plugin conflict, It's now just a case of weeding out the offending plugin.

I always have a second installation of sourcemod (renamed) with no plugins for testing purposes.
When I need to test for plugin clashes I simply swap the sourcemod folder names around, add the plugin I want to test and test. When finished testing, swap the folder names back.

Nope still doesn't work, i put all my added plugins in the disabled folder and only had the extinguisher one enabled, yet it still does not work I've read everything over and over, i have the latest version of sdk hooks, i have color.inc and i installed the attached files and i have compiled the plugin. All of the other mods i have installed from sourcemod worked, this is the only one that doesn't D:

This is just a console "warning", is not an error.
You gonna see that only on listen servers console or through the srcds prompt.

This can be "fixed" with this plugin.

The working extension can be found here, use this one (attached also).

Install the extension above and add a new line "Setting CBaseEntity to non-brush model" to the "sourcemod\configs\cleaner.cfg" file.

It will clean up these messages from appearing on the console.

Also, I commented the line below, since on my server it is happening at least once a day and generating an error log file.
