I've used that in the past and it didn't seem to be as accurate.

In my opinion I think perhaps a collection of authentic rate calculators could be stickied rather than only one. Everyone thinks they're using the best method or have the best rate settings and they may have gotten them elsewhere.

ok ill tell ya what SOMEWHERE on the internet 2 years ago i stole Server Calculated Rates from Some PortuGuese website for Counter Strike 1.6 i ran my own HLDS with my home Desktop

went to my moms friends house brought my laptop they had 2 gigs telkom UNBELIEVABLE THE PING I GOT.

2 megabits Home DSL.

connected saw 6ms ping the tab window of Counter Strike 1.6 STEAM only.

opened the Developer console it said 6ms ping -__-

im NOT Lying or Joking. it was for REAL

Edit: well I'm in gauteng and I see you are in CT. Probably has a lucky day, other wise it is impossible to get 6mb with Telkom 2 mb you were probably uncapped aswell
